Admission procedure

Enrollment at the University of Winnipeg's PACE programs takes place three times a year - from the fall, winter, and spring semesters.

The following deadlines are set for the submission of introductory documents for each semester:

June 1 (to start training in September)

October 1 (to start training in January)

February 1 (to start training in May)

For successful enrollment, you need to submit an introductory application to the university before the deadline:

Step 1

Fill out the entry form.

Step 2

Accompany the introductory form with the following documents:

- copy of identity document

- a copy of the school certificate translated into English

- a copy of the bachelor's degree translated into English

- official academic transcripts translated into English

- other certificates and diplomas received translated into English (GPA not lower than 60%)

- confirmation of the presence of 1-2 years of experience in the profession (for diploma programs in project management and human resource management)

- confirmation of a degree in finance or 1-2 years of experience in the financial field (for a diploma program in financial management)

- one of the following proofs of English proficiency: IELTS (total score of at least 6.5, minimum score of 6.0 for writing and reading), TOEFL (at least 550 points for the paper version, 213 points for the computer version or 80 points for the online version), CANTEST (at least 4.5 points in listening, writing and reading), proof of experience in Canada or another English-speaking country

Step 3

Send the introductory form, documents, confirmation of payment of the registration deposit and initial tuition to the university mail AppytoPACE@uwinnipeg.ca.

Step 4

Wait for a response on admission from the university (the process of reviewing documents takes 1-2 weeks).

Step 5

In the case of enrollment, resolve the issues of further payment of tuition, accommodation and meals, buy medical insurance and apply for a student visa.
