Where is the best place to study abroad

Almost 35,000 students from Ukraine, according to UNESCO, study abroad every year. This is almost 6% of the total number of "student fraternity" in the country. That is, six out of a hundred people decide to get higher education in another country. Which one? Statistics say: almost 6 thousand students from Ukraine are now studying in Germany, 3 thousand - in Poland, 1.7 thousand - in the United States. Further on the list - France, Czech Republic, Italy and Hungary.

Which countries should a Ukrainian student go to
Choosing the university of his dreams, the applicant is guided by several criteria:

Availability of education for foreign students;
The quality of education;
Remoteness from the Motherland.
In the same UNESCO study on study abroad, five countries were identified as the most “open” to students. It:

USA
Great Britain
Australia
France
Germany
The given data refer to global trends, and not only to Ukraine. It is clear that our compatriots rarely consider distant Australia for education. Although the state is open to foreign students, it will be extremely difficult and expensive to visit home. Therefore, Ukrainian students who are principally taught in English will traditionally choose the United States or Britain. And also - Germany for its high performance in the modern economy; Poland and the Czech Republic - for their close proximity to their native borders; Greece - for surprisingly loyal programs in relation to foreign students and a wonderful climate.

Not only to learn, but also to earn extra money
The brightest minds of our compatriots choose a university and a country wisely. For example, the laws of Germany, Great Britain and Poland allow persons with a student visa in hand to officially work while studying. If a student copes with tasks quickly and has free time, then why not? You can gain invaluable experience and also cover your expenses.

According to the reviews of Ukrainian students who receive higher education in Poland for free, they spend money only on food and hostel. Moreover, food is not much more expensive than at home. But part-time work in the evenings allows you to ensure yourself shopping for democratic European brands and attending parties on weekends.

Others are attracted not so much by part-time work as by the possibility of a paid internship for which Switzerland is so famous. In this country, from the first year of study, a full-fledged job in a specialty awaits a student, for which they pay good money.

But Canada, which is far from Ukraine, is very popular with Ukrainian students. And it's not only about the large Ukrainian diaspora, but also about the opportunity to stay, live and work in Canada after graduation. The state quite easily gives a residence permit to foreign students.
