If you are planning to study at European universities, you will need a student visa. There is no official invitation from the educational institution. It is impossible to obtain a visa without an invitation. However, not every institution has the right to enroll foreign students, so as not to get into an unpleasant situation, find out in advance whether your university has such rights. Insufficient funds. It should be understood that the amount of funds in the account must fully cover the student's expenses for food, accommodation, tuition, return ticket and additional costs. This does not imply the presence of the entire amount in the account, but it should be available in the future. How to prove your solvency? A certificate from a bank, a document confirming a grant or the availability of financial assistance. Some students plan to earn extra money while studying, but such employment is not a proof of the availability of funds. Moreover, a student is not allowed to work on a student visa.

Health problems. For some European countries, the health issue of their citizens is practically paramount. Therefore, foreign citizens must submit medical certificates confirming the absence of HIV or the presence of vaccinations against certain diseases.
