We often wonder whether it is necessary to teach children who grow up in the age of technology, writing, let alone our attitude to teaching calligraphy.

We often wonder whether it is necessary to teach children who grow up in the age of technology, writing, let alone our attitude to teaching calligraphy.
Why make a child print letters, sticks and circles when he is typing a message on the keyboard in two counts? Why teach a child to diligently draw out squiggles, monitor connections, show how to make curls, if in high school (and sometimes in junior) teachers will demand to write quickly (and not beautifully) and only a language man will pay attention to handwriting?
However, teaching a child the art of beautiful writing hides not only the desire for perfect handwriting, but also many bonuses that the student acquires in the course of classes.
No matter how trite it may sound, children of the 21st century, who have mastered clip thinking well, short texts on the run and taking selfies anywhere, do not know how to think at all.
The assignment to write an essay on a specific topic evokes a keen sense of protest. Asking for your opinion on a serious issue generates outrage.
When a child writes, painstakingly draws letters, he thinks. When he asks a question: top or bottom connection - he is thinking.
When he thinks not only about the content of what is written, but also about its external expression, he tries to make this world a better place.
A child who writes beautifully and diligently tends to be more disciplined. And not only because he has to sit for almost an hour and remove the squiggles (although this is also the point).
Discipline is born in the process of writing: how to arrange words in relation to each other, in what order the paragraphs should go, where is the red line, which connection to choose.
An even structure of letters creates an even emotional background. Where the handwriting is smooth, there is undoubtedly inner discipline. Through writing, the development of internal spatial perception takes place, the world order is formed.

Laley Hancock, a world-renowned motivational leader and mother of two twin daughters, invites all parents to take a fresh look at the parenting process and not take the role of mom and dad as a job. What if being a parent is the easiest thing that can happen in our life? And letting children be who they are, without forbidding them to make mistakes, is the most valuable thing we can do for them?

⚡ Terrible parent is the best parent!
Most of us spend our entire lives trying to be perfect. Ideal doctors, ideal sisters, ideal co-workers, ideal parents…. But when we strive to be perfect, we begin to criticize everything we do. Society is filled with stereotypes: if you allow your children to have a lot of fun, eat a lot of sugar, stay up late, even though tomorrow at school, you are a “terrible” parent.
But I've noticed that when I allow myself to be a “terrible” parent, I become the best parent for my children. I let my children make their own decisions, find out what works for them and what doesn't. At the same time, what suits me and our family does not have to suit others. And vice versa! After all, there is no single correct parenting recipe or "parenting encyclopedia." Everyone has their own path and their own history. Therefore, you must strive to look for what is right for you.
⚡Every child is unique and talented
Our children are diamonds. For me, one of the main principles of parenting is to allow children to be who they are. It doesn't matter what they say or do!
